Minister of National Education Nabi Avcı and Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Minister of National Education Kemal Dürüst have signed a supplementary protocol as a part of the International Treaty on the Mutual Recognition of Universities that are Founded Pursuant to the laws of the Republic of Turkey and Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
